This is a new customer acquisition campaign.
bKash customers with active accounts and sufficient balance can avail this offer by making payments from their bKash accounts. The customer's account must be Trust Level-2 or Trust Level-3.
To receive cashback, the customer's account status and incoming transaction status must be active. If cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will not be eligible for the campaign incentive.
If cashback distribution fails for any unknown or unexpected reason other than account status issues, bKash will manually attempt redistribution three times within two months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made and the customer will no longer be eligible for the campaign incentive.
Customers will be eligible for instant cashback upon successful payment to the designated merchant during the campaign period.
bKash reserves the right to modify the campaign terms, participating merchants or outlets, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
bKash reserves the right to withhold cashback if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse of the campaign benefits through any specific transaction or customer transaction behavior.
bKash shall not be responsible or liable if the merchant fails to ensure product availability or delivery, as bKash only provides payment services. Any refund provided by the merchant due to non-delivery of the product will not invalidate the original transaction, nor will it restore the customer's eligibility for the campaign incentive. The offer for that transaction will be considered utilized.
In case of an incorrect payment made by a customer, bKash will address the issue after the campaign ends, subject to verification and customer claim.
If the customer makes an incorrect payment on the merchant's website or app, they should contact the respective merchant directly.
In case of a full or partial refund, the entire cashback amount will be reversed.
