Terms and conditions for availing bKash offers
The offers are applicable for all customers with an active account status. Therefore, the customer's outgoing and incoming transactions must be active.
Customers must successfully make a payment to the specified bKash wallet to enjoy the offers.
If any specific transaction and/or the customer's transaction activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's discount/Cashback benefit.
If a customer fails to receive the offer due to any unknown/unexpected reason (excluding account status issues), bKash will attempt to distribute the discount up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be considered eligible for the offers.
If the merchant is unable to ensure product availability and delivery, bKash will not be held responsible, as bKash only provides payment services to the customer.
If a merchant issues a refund due to failure to properly deliver a product to the customer, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the customer's offer limit for that specific transaction. The customer will be considered to have received the discount/Cashback.
If a customer makes a wrong payment on a merchant website/app, they are requested to contact the respective merchant.
Customers must enter and add the coupon code during payment, or add it by tapping the Coupon icon from the menu to receive the discount.
For any queries related to availing discount coupons, customers are requested to contact the respective merchant.
bKash and the participating merchants reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of availing the offer, change the participation of any merchant/outlet, or the campaign entirely at any time without prior notice.
If a customer, after successfully making a payment and receiving the discount/Cashback, requests a refund from the merchant, the discount/Cashback amount will also be deducted from the customer's account.
